Located outside the village of Watkins Glen in New York, the Watkins Glen State Park’s and its center piece stream generates 19 different waterfalls along its course. This huge park has diverse and comfortable equipment and activities. You can either book a campsite if you want spend more than one day into this beautiful nature, or just come for a picnic (fee of 8$ per car). You can enjoy fishing, scheduled summer tours through the gorge, hiking and hunting into this lovely place. The park is open the whole year but the availability of certain equipment or activities depend on the context and the period. For example, swimming may be prohibited due to lack of lifeguard coverage or water quality issues.
